Knowing what you like and putting it all together are two different things. The design consultants at Ponte Vecchio Living can take your favorites and turn them into a look that is uniquely yours.

Your free consultation is our opportunity to get to know you and talk about your project goals. After that, we’ll schedule an in-home appointment and then the real work begins. Our design consultant will create a schedule and work with you to establish a budget that achieves your goals and gets your project done on time.

Design Services

30 Minute Design Consultation FREE

This initial design consultation takes place in our store, by appointment. This free service introduces you to working with Ponte Vecchio Living, and gives us a chance to get to know you.

  • Overview of your design space
    What room is this? Where is it located? Are there natural traffic patterns? What are the dimensions?
  • Review design goals
    How do you want the space to function? How do you want to feel when you use this space? How much are you trying to change?
  • Review your timeline
    Is there a life event that is driving this change? Do you have other projects that may impact the timing?
  • Budget Expectations
    We can go big or small, whatever your expectations. Knowing your budget up front allows us to find solutions that meet your needs, and avoids surprises!

Initial In-Home Consultation $200

If you decide to work with Ponte Vecchio Living, this in-home consultation is our opportunity to get the details. At this 2-hour ­appointment we will:

  • Measure your room
  • Note existing architectural features
  • Review the project notes from our first consultation
  • Discuss color and fabric options
  • Schedule the follow-up meeting at our showroom
  • Identify existing items to include in the design plan

Following your in-home consultation, our designers will begin ­developing concepts and design boards for your project. We’ll present these, along with a budget and timeline for your project, at a follow-up meeting in our showroom.

 

Design Boards & Schematic Plans $300/board

Design Boards and Schematic Plans are included in our total project costs. Sometimes, though, the time is not right and you’re not ready to start. If that’s the case, there is a per-board fee for any presentation materials we’ve prepared on your behalf and that you elect to keep.

 

Ponte Vecchio Living Fees & Services

Design Fees are typically estimated as part of the entire project, but are based upon the following rate schedule:

  • Design Rate, $100 per hour
  • Project and Site Management, $100 per hour
  • Administrative Rate, $50 per hour
  • Travel Fees, $50 per hour, plus expenses
